Last month Wells Tower visited.  He is an author.  I did not take a picture of him.  I tried to draw his face from memory and then ended up copying Hank Hill’s face, but without the glasses.  Wells kind of looks a little like a younger version of Hank Hill.  Wells also reads in a southern accent.  The picture I drew of Wells almost looks like Wells.  I think Wells has a brother named Lake.  While I was drawing Wells’s face I stopped and watched the new Lady Gaga video.  It’s pretty amazing.  I think it’s my favorite movie of the year.  Anyway, when Wells came to visit he read a story with a blood eagle in it.  He also told me to write more like John Cheever, I think.  I understand his point.  John Cheever has lots of money.  I think that was his point.  I think Wells meant, “You will not make lots of money the way you write at the present moment.”
