I hadn’t experienced American welfare sugar distribution until this year. I emptied 3 bags of candy into a salad bowl.  When a child came, I emptied the bowl into his bag.  Then I shut off my lights.  Soon there were many children yelling at my window saying that my candy distribution wasn’t fair.  I yelled back that maybe they should learn about how the world works.  If every house just gave all their candy to one child, it would make things more efficient for adults, and children would get an earlier start on the day.
